In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is damaged or not fit for purpose when delivered to you, or is not what you ordered, We may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with the Sale of Goods act 1979. If you believe a product is not fit for purpose or damaged prior to delivery to you please phone our customer support team for further information. Our policy on damaged and products that are not fit for purpose does not affect your statutory rights.
